Roast Chicken

Method
- Place 2 boneless chicken thighs in a baking dish and rub them evenly with some black pepper and garlic powder. Add some olive oil also.
- Mix 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp maggi seasoning and some mix herbs and thyme in a bowl - (A)
- Pour mixture (A) onto the chicken thighs and marinate overnight
The next morning.......
- Cut 1 potato and 1 carrot into small chunks and slice 4 mushrooms, add them into the baking dish with the chicken thighs
- Preheat oven at 180 - 200 deg
- Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for 1 hour at 180 - 200 deg
- When it's done, I turned the oven to top fire for about 5 min to brown the chicken skin
