Placed bow tie pasta in boiling water with a little salt and boil for about 10 min. First time round, I mixed the pasta with some tomato sauce, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder and ginger powder (too much!). To my horror, the pasta tasted quite spicy, probably because of the ginger powder. Don't think Rayson will be able to take this well....
Sigh, so I recooked the pasta and only added tomato sauce, olive oil and some black pepper. Topped the pasta with some cheddar and mozzarella cheese and pop it into the oven for 15-20 min at 190-200 deg or until the cheese browned. Also added a fried cod tempura from NTUC and a starry hash brown.
Simply love the cherry apples which are so convenient to bring and friendly to eat, especially for kids. Rayson loves it because it tastes so sweet! Definitely going to stock up more of these cherry apples.
Rayson brought my much treasured Lunchbots lunchbox to school today, I hope he takes good care of it and doesn't lose it!
