Pretty easy dish to prepare using pork loin, mushrooms and pasta sauce, hubby comments that this taste very good even when it is cold.
Grilled some teriyaki wings also which I regretted, should have grilled saba instead as I feel that there is too much meat but the lunch box looks pretty good! =P
There is some leftover sauce which I will freeze and prepare baked rice with it some day.
