Bento #86 - Thai Bbq Chicken + Spring Onion fried eggs with prawns


I woke up late today! Set my alarm clock at 4.30 am but woke up at 5.50 am. Fortunately I managed to get things done in 40 min but that leaves me little time for my work. Oh dear, the clock is ticking and holiday is ending but I still have much to clear for my to-do list!!!


Spring Onion fried eggs with prawns


I marinated the chicken overnight with Asian Home Gourmet Thai Bbq Chicken mix, its full flavor features garlic, lemongrass, tumeric and other local herbs and spices. Sounds good eh? Just throw the chicken into the oven for 20 min at 190 deg and it's done! Perfect for busy working mothers.
